Overview of Concrete Fence Wall Machine
The concrete fence wall is a new type of wall structure composed of wall panels and H-shaped columns. The production of precast fence walls requires at least two main machines, namely the concrete boundary wall panel machine and the concrete H column machine. We called the two machines as precast concrete fence wall machine or precast boundary wall machine Both machines work on the extrusion or pushing principle.
Common concrete wall panels are 30 cm, 50 cm or 60 cm wide and 5 cm to 9 cm thick. A single wall panels can be cut into lengths of 1.5 to 2 meters.The whole wall is formed by joining several laterally placed wall panels. Every 2-2.5 meters of wall are two H-shaped columns as support.
Precast Concrete Fence Wall Panel Machine
The machine is the one of the main machines of Concrete wall panel machine . It is designed to make the concrete fence wall panels. The wall panels can be made with normal concrete materials or lightweight concrete aggregates . The commonly used wall panel thickness is 50MM, 60MM, 80MM, 90mm, and the width of the wall is 300mm,500mm,600mm. The length of the wall panel can be cut according to the customer’s requirements. There are 4-6 low carbon cold drawn steel wires of 3-5 mm reinforced in the concrete wall panels. In generally, one machine can make 1-2 rows of concrete wall panels depend on the different sizes. The following are the commonly wall panel sizes made by precast boundary wall machine.
- Model TWT50×300 machine,making 2 lines of wall panels at a time . wall panel section size is 50×300MM
- Model TWT50×500 machine,making 2 lines of wall panels at a time . wall panel section size is 50×500MM
- Model TWT90×600 machine,making 1 or 2 lines of wall panels at a time . wall panel section size is 90×600 MM
Concrete H columns machine
The concrete columns machine is used for making the fence columns/posts for supporting the fence wall panels. The columns are with grooves in its two sides . here are 4-6 low carbon cold drawn steel wires of 3-5 mm embedded in the column.According to the different of column sizes, the machine can make 2-4 rows of concrete columns at a time. The following are the commonly used H-column sizes:
- Model TWT150×150 machine,making 3-4 columns at a time . Column Cross Section 150×150MM ,for supporting 40mm,50mm,60mm thickness wall panels.
- Model TWT200×200 machine , making 2 columns at a time .Column Cross Section 200×200MM ,for supporting 70mm,80mm,90mm thickness fence wall panels.
- Other models TWT180×200，TWT220×220，TWT230×230，etc making two columns at a time. We can also customize the concrete fence post machine as per customers’ sizes requirement or special application .
